How To Submit Photos

It's easy to submit photos to the BOW Calendar! Just follow these steps:

  1. You may submit up to 12 photos per family. Because we try to include as many Beardies and owners as possible, we can only select one photo. Submitting photos under different names does not increase your chances; we will still pick only one photo per family.
  2. Photos are non-returnable. If you want to send us an irreplaceable photo, please have a copy made first. Most places that offer 1-hour developing also make copies from prints.
  3. Please send hard copy prints only. For best results, please send prints no larger than 8"x10", and make sure that they are good quality photos. Mark each print with your name, the name(s) of the Beardie(s) in the photo, and your home and email addresses. Also, specify the category or categories for each photo. We reserve the right to reassign photos to other categories, but this only increases your chance of getting your photo picked!
  4. Mail your photos to your Area Coordinator by the submission deadline.
